Responsibilities
Lead and support all aspects of the Rush-Henrietta Softball Program
Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and team unity
Collaborate with other coaches within the program to ensure consistency and development at all levels
Qualifications
- Previous softball coaching experience required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the program
- Commitment to developing players' skills, character, and love of the game
- Strong communication and organizational skills
