Responsibilities
- Assisting the head coach with organizing and directing a successful and competitive collegiate program.
- Recruiting qualified student-athletes and ensuring their personal, athletic, and academic success.
- Recruiting, travel management, scheduling, player development, and budget management.
Requirements
- Part-time appointment.
- Assist in the recruitment of prospective qualified student-athletes.
- Aid in the development and supervision of practice and game planning.
- Afford assistance with team travel organization.
- Effectively demonstrate technical skills at the collegiate level.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with College, NCAA Division III, and GNAC policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required by the Head Softball Coach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Previous coaching experience at the secondary and/or college level preferred.
