About the role
This position supports the coaching staff for athletic programs within Everett Public Schools.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in all aspects of the athletic program
- Support student-athlete development and team activities
- Perform duties as assigned by the head coach and athletic department
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred
- Knowledge of sport-specific techniques and strategies
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, staff, and parents
- Must meet all district and state requirements for coaching positions
Pay
Compensation follows the Everett Coaches / Extracurricular Association collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule
Schedule varies based on season and program needs, including after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.
