Soft Restoration Laborer

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, and related information.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation and completion of assigned jobs.
• Safely operate equipment and utilize materials and tools required for job completion.
• Organize, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established time frames and guidelines.
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and other job-related documents.
• Complete necessary paperwork and related documentation.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a laborer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Soft Surface Restoration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds regularly.
