Soft Lines Merchandiser

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Soft Lines Merchandiser to join our team in Kuykendal & Louetta, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that soft lines products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to company standards. This position requires someone who can start immediately and is ready to contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize soft lines merchandise including apparel, linens, and related products.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Sure all products are priced correctly and signage is up to date.
• Collaborate with store management and other team members to meet merchandising goals.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure merchandise is in good condition.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Must be available to start immediately (Need ASAP).
