Major Responsibilities/Activities

• Weekly visits to the foster home to implement and review the child’s treatment plan with the child and foster parents.
• Referrals for children/youth to community-based organizations.
• Maintaining contact with the school to gather information that will be used in the treatment plan.
• Actively participating in recreational activities with children and youth.
• Working in collaboration with our Mental Health Clinic to discuss needs of clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
• Ability to work in a therapeutic milieu that focuses on outcomes for children with an Axis One diagnosis.

Salary Range

$48,000 - $56,000
