About the role
The Social Worker will support Structured Learning Community Classrooms during the 2026-27 School Year.
Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to students in structured learning community classrooms.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
- Assess student needs and provide interventions to promote academic success and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current license to practice Social Work in the state.
- Experience working with students in educational settings preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of child development and psychology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
