Social Worker Senior/UKHC

About the role

The Social Worker Senior/UKHC position serves as a member of the UKHC team to enhance support for patients, families, providers and staff. The Social Worker role is critical to ensuring our patients and families have the necessary medical and financial resources available to them where specific problems related to environmental and/or psychological aspects influence the effective utilization of inpatient or outpatient treatment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance support for patients, families, providers and staff.
• Ensure patients and families have the necessary medical and financial resources available.
• Address specific problems related to environmental and/or psychological aspects that impact treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Certified Social Worker (CSW).

Qualifications

• Good communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Windows PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Databases).
