About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and advocate for patients undergoing life on dialysis.
  • Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
  • Masters-level license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
  • Experienced level Social Worker duties.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
