About the role

Complete Care is looking for Social Workers who have both the clinical experience and motivation to serve our residents and staff using their skills and talents to provide excellent care and empower our direct care staff.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent care to residents, support and empower direct care staff, and apply clinical experience and motivation in a long‑term/skilled nursing setting.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional people skills
• Competence in using PCC‑Point Click Care EHR software
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation
• Licensed to work within the state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment
