Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for patients undergoing life on dialysis.
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities related to End Stage Renal Disease.
• Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of their condition.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Masters-level license to practice in the dialysis setting, such as LCSW or LICSW, meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
• Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $80,600 - $114,000/year. Social Worker Experienced (Clinical License) - WA: $80,000 - $108,000/year.
