- Perform other accountabilities and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Licensed in Social Work in Georgia
- Current Georgia Driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Professional communication skills
- Case management and clinical social work skills
- Interpersonal skills for counseling terminally ill patients and their families
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Self-motivation and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terms, disease processes, and grief processes
- Sensitivity and compassion in dealing with patients and families
- Inherent appreciation for individual coping styles and rights to self-determination
Physical Demands
Requires prolonged sitting and standing. Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required.
