• Perform other accountabilities and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Licensed in Social Work in Georgia
• Current Georgia Driver's license and valid auto insurance
• Professional communication skills
• Case management and clinical social work skills
• Interpersonal skills for counseling terminally ill patients and their families
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Self-motivation and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terms, disease processes, and grief processes
• Sensitivity and compassion in dealing with patients and families
• Inherent appreciation for individual coping styles and rights to self-determination

Physical Demands

Requires prolonged sitting and standing. Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required.
