Springmyer Elementary School is seeking a Social Worker (LISW) or Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
About the role
Support students and families through counseling services, crisis intervention, and other support programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Counsel students and families on mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff and community resources
- Assess and monitor student progress
Requirements
- LISW or LPCC license required
- Experience working with children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
