or drop it. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position Specific Description Recruitment Number 26-172LM, Social Worker I (PO/DL), SR-16, Kaunakakai, Molokai. If you are selected, we will need an original official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree. - CLICK HERE for other important information about the Merit or Civil Service System, Citizenship and Residency requirements, Accommodations, Veterans Preference, Examination process, Administrative Review, and more. (We should drop this as boilerplate? It's a link to more info; but it's not substantive content about the job; we can drop.) We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Potential sections: - About the role: we have description about role, opportunities, etc. Could be "About the role". That seems appropriate. - Responsibilities: we have Summary Of Duties list. - Requirements: we have Minimum Qualification Requirements, Specialized Experience, Selective Certification Requirement (Driver's License), PREA Requirement, Education transcript requirement. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. Likely we include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe separate), Skills (maybe from specialized experience). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not provided, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them under appropriate headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Social Worker I (PO/DL)" etc. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The recruitment number 26-172LM is minor metadata; we can include it in a paragraph maybe under About the role or just drop it. Probably drop it as it's not essential? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is recruitment number substantive? It's likely metadata; but instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include it in a

maybe. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Supplemental Information includes application instructions (email, mailing address). Those are application instructions; we should remove them? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop the Supplemental Information paragraph about submitting additional information, email, mailing address. Also the Education transcript submission instructions are application instructions; we should drop those as well? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop any text that tells how to apply (email, mailing address, submit transcripts). However, the requirement to submit transcripts is part of qualifications; but the instruction to submit them is application instruction. The requirement that you need to provide transcripts is a qualification; but the specifics about submitting copy vs original may be considered application instruction. We need to preserve substantive information like "Applicants who will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 semester credits of social science coursework may apply within three months prior to graduation. If you are selected, we will need an original official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree." This is both a qualification and an application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions, but we need to preserve substantive information. The transcript requirement is substantive; we can keep it but maybe phrase as requirement. The part about "may apply within three months prior to graduation" is also substantive. So we keep that. We need to remove duplicated lines. There's duplicate of the IMPORTANT NOT E paragraph similar to earlier. We'll keep only one. We need to remove boilerplate like "CLICK HERE for other important information about the Merit or Civil Service System..." That's not substantive; drop. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

About the role

Duties are program‑specific and diverse, offering the chance to develop and practice a broad range of skills using evidence‑based practices to promote client behavioral change and improve outcomes. This role serves as a probation officer and requires a current valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Maybe include recruitment number? Could add a short p:

Recruitment Number: 26-172LM.

but it's minor metadata; we can include.

  • Performing other duties as required

Requirements

Education: Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with a bachelor’s degree that includes a minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours in social work, social welfare, criminal justice, human services, counseling, psychology, sociology, or other related social sciences.

Experience: Equivalent responsible administrative, professional, or analytical work experience may be substituted on a year‑for‑year basis for the education requirement, provided it demonstrates comparable knowledge and abilities, including the capacity to write clear and comprehensive reports, read and interpret complex written material, and solve complex problems logically and systematically.

Specialized Experience: Progressively responsible professional social work experience involving the use of a variety of social work skills and professional judgement to assist individuals and families in identifying problems, evaluating situations, considering resources and alternative courses of action; conducting assessments; developing and implementing treatment plans; working cooperatively with other professionals, community agencies, or institutions in an interdisciplinary team; and evaluating client progress and adjusting plans as appropriate.

Certification: Must possess a current and valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

PREA Compliance: Applicants must not have a history of sexual abuse or sexual harassment as defined by the Prison Rape Elimination Act (28 CFR 115.17, 115.117, 115.217, 115.317), including convictions, civil/administrative adjudications, or substantiated allegations, and must not have resigned during a pending investigation of alleged sexual abuse or sexual harassment.

Additional: Applicants who will graduate with a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 semester credits of social science coursework may apply up to three months prior to graduation; if selected, an original official transcript (not a copy) showing completion of the required coursework and award of the degree will be required.

We could also have a Skills section derived from specialized experience: but we already covered skills in Requirements. Could add a Skills heading summarizing skills: assessment, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, report writing, etc. But we might not need separate Skills if we covered. We need to avoid creating sections with filler. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. That's three sections. That's fine. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. No. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we included recruitment number in a paragraph maybe under About the role. That's okay. We removed application instructions like email, mailing address, etc. We kept transcript requirement as part of Requirements. We removed duplicated lines: we kept only one transcript requirement. We removed boilerplate like CLICK HERE. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Be careful with special characters like backticks? Use plain text. We'll output:
