Social Worker - Full Time, Behavioral Health

About the role

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts, providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of social work services to a variety of patients in an inpatient/partial hospital setting
• Act as the primary contact with external providers and actively participate in each assigned patient’s treatment plan
• The primary individual responsible for patient discharge and aftercare planning

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field
• LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LHMC (OR eligibility to receive one of these licensures in the future)
• Prior Hospital social worker experience is preferred
