Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Adapt to changing patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure medication management is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
