About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure medication management is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
