Provides social work services to patients and their families of Lankenau Medical Associates (may include: geriatrics, adults, adolescents, children, neonates, prenatal care) to enhance their use of medical care and to address the psychosocial and cultural issues associated with illness, treatment, and continuity of care. Position Social Worker, Family Practice Shift Monday - Friday; 8:00 to 4:30 pm Experience Five years practice experience in health care setting preferred. Extensive knowledge of community resources. Experience in teaching through in-services, presentation, classroom or video. Education Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work. Licensures/Certifications Current licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
