Social Worker- Children’s Long-Term Support
headings and - for lists,
for prose.
We need to decide which content goes where.
About the role: combine About Us and Position Summary (maybe two paragraphs). Could be two
elements.
Responsibilities: combine Essential Duties And Responsibilities and Related Job Functions. Could be a single
with many items. But we need to preserve all duties; we can split into two lists? Probably one list is fine.
Requirements: Education And Training Requirements (maybe as ). Physical Requirements could be separate but could be under Requirements as well. Could also be under Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We could put Education And Training Requirements under Requirements, and Physical Requirements under Qualifications? Or we could put both under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty (but we must not emit empty heading). So we need to decide.
We have Qualifications heading; we could put certification and driver's license etc under Qualifications. But those are also in Education And Training Requirements. Actually the certification and driver's license are part of Education And Training Requirements section. So we could split: Requirements: Education And Training Requirements (degree, experience, computer training). Qualifications: certification, driver's license, etc. Skills: maybe not present; we could omit.
But we must not invent content; we can allocate existing content to appropriate headings.
Let's parse Education And Training Requirements sentence: "Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum bachelor’s degree in a human service discipline, such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or any other suitable related college degree. Prefer a minimum of one year of experience working with developmental disabilities target populations. Training and experience in operating a computer and related equipment; or any acceptable combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. MUST HAVE current Social Work certification meeting the requirements specified under Wis. Statute 457 OR the ability to obtain a social work license within two years. Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with adequate auto insurance to meet minimum County requirements, or access to reliable transportation for city and rural travel."
Thus we can separate: Education/Experience/Training (degree, experience, computer) as Requirements. Certification and driver's license as Qualifications.
Physical Requirements could be under Requirements as well, but we already used Requirements for education/experience. Could put Physical Requirements under Requirements as another list, or under Qualifications? Probably better to keep Physical Requirements under Requirements as well (makes sense). But then we would have two sub-sections under Requirements; we could just make one list containing all requirement items (education, experience, computer, physical). That's okay.
Qualifications: certification and driver's license.
Skills: not explicitly listed; we could omit.
Benefits: Employee Assistance Program.
Pay: wage range.
Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "vermontcountywi.gov" maybe it's a URL; we can include as part of benefits? The text: "$28.51- $33.37 Employee Assistance Program vernoncountywi.gov". Likely the URL is the website for more info. We can include as part of benefits: Employee Assistance Program (vernoncountywi.gov). We'll keep as is.
Now produce HTML.
