SOCIAL WORKER/CASE MGR II
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings appropriately.
We have:
- Summary: could be "About the role".
- Job Duties: "Responsibilities".
- Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: could be "Skills" or "Requirements"? The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably "Requirements" for necessary knowledge/skills/abilities. "Qualifications" for Minimum and Preferred qualifications. "Skills" maybe not needed if we already have Requirements. But we can include Skills if we have specific skill list. The posting includes many skill statements; we could put them under Skills. However we must not repeat content. Better to follow typical: Responsibilities (Job Duties), Requirements (Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Ability), Qualifications (Minimum & Preferred), Skills maybe omitted. But we need to avoid empty sections.
We also have Working Environment, Specifications, Acknowledgment Statement. Those could be placed under maybe "About the role" or separate sections not in list? The instruction says use headings only from that list; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit all substantive content under those headings, maybe multiple sections like About the role (summary + working environment?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present; they are not present, so omit.
Thus we will produce:
About the role
Summary ... plus maybe Working Environment details? Could include working environment as part of About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include working environment details in a paragraph under About the role. Then
Responsibilities
with- list of duties.
Then
Requirements
with- list of necessary knowledge, skills, ability.
Then
Qualifications
with maybe two sub-sections? Could usefor Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Or we could use
- but they are not list items. We'll use

for each. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like acknowledgment statement? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The acknowledgment statement includes legal stuff; might be considered boilerplate? It's part of job description but maybe not required. However it's not exactly EEO; it's an acknowledgment statement about job description. Might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it? The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The acknowledgment statement is legalistic; I'd remove it. Also remove "ACKNOWLEDGMENT STATEMENT" block. Thus we keep Summary, Job Duties, Necessary Knowledge..., Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Working Environment, Specifications (supervision received/exercised, position impact, contacts). Those are substantive. We need to include Specifications content maybe under About the role or a separate section? Not in list; we could fold into About the role as well. Thus About the role will contain Summary, Working Environment, Specifications. Let's extract text. Summary: "This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the consumer’s needs." Working Environment: paragraph about physical demands, sedentary, office setting, non-smoking, local travel, extreme weather, protection of confidentiality, crisis intervention risk, PPE provided. Specifications: includes Supervision Received, Supervision Exercised, Position Impact, Contacts. We'll combine them into About the role. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from "JOB DUTIES". We'll extract each sentence as list item. Let's list them: - Assesses consumer needs based on their needs, limitations, and desires. - Develops a case plan with the consumer. - Maintains constant communication with the consumer. - Maintains consumer’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. - Coordinates and provides services that are client centered. - Provides trauma-informed, culturally competent holistic services to victims. - Develops and maintains client case records. - Handles case assignments, drafts service a plan, reviews case progress and determines case closure. - Works with consumers and appropriate community agencies to coordinate and facilitate services for consumers. - Assists consumers in making informed decisions by acting as their advocate. - Attends court proceedings, if necessary. - Actively participates in team review of records and cases. - Follows policies and procedures, participates in quality reviews, reporting needed changes. - Provides information to the public regarding the program. - Provides case management/file documentation for individual caseload and submits biweekly and quarterly reports in a timely manner. - Provides outreach and support services, i.e., mobile advocacy. - Develops professional relationships with other Federal, State, and Tribal agencies, in order to develop resources for consumers. - Performs other duties as assigned. Now Requirements: "NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY". We'll list each bullet. - Knowledge of health, social services, legal issues, and other general/local services throughout the Fairbanks area. - Ability to learn and apply program/agency operating policies and procedures. - Ability to report to work in a timely manner. - Ability to operate computers utilizing a variety of computer software and ability to type. - Ability to complete digital and paper forms accurately. - Understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultures and lifestyles, and ability to work effectively with Alaska Native populations. - Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. - Skill in oral and written communication. - Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative and respectful working relationships with children, parents, supervisors, and other employees. - Ability to work independently as well as with teams. - Ability to effectively present instruction, and/or information to individuals, staff, administrators, and the public. Now Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Minimum: - Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work - Minimum two (2) years of work experience in case management OR Minimum two (2) years of direct service to the targeted population or similar experience - Strong understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultures and lifestyles, with demonstrated experience working effectively with Alaska Native population. Preferred: - Master’s Degree in Social Work Now we need to output HTML fragment. We'll wrap each section in
and then content. For About the role: we can have
for summary, then maybe another
for working environment, then maybe
for specifications. Or combine into one
with multiple sentences. Better to separate for readability. Let's craft:
