What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certified Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred. ACM also accepted.Certified Social Worker preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Social Work required. Work Experience 3 years of experience preferred.
