What You Will Work

1.0 FTE = 80 hours every 2 weeks. Monday – Friday, core business hours. No weekends or holidays. Location: Onalaska, WI.

What You Will Do

• Assess incoming referrals, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient care.
• Provide or assist with crisis intervention.
• Meet with patients.
• Facilitate or co‑facilitate groups.
• Assist with programming needs.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active Wisconsin Social Worker license prior to start date.
• At least 1 year of experience with direct patient contact.
• Interviewing and supportive counseling experience.
• Crisis intervention experience.
