About the role
The Social Worker position will be split between supporting The Bridge Day Treatment Center and Moving All to Success & Health (MASH) Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and consultation for students, families, and school teams, addressing complex behaviors, trauma, attachment concerns, and socioeconomic barriers.
- Maintain a caseload, participate in IEP and team meetings.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to coordinate services.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including but not limited to teachers, therapists, and counselors.
- Occasionally travel to provide in-person support as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Current WA State Education Staff Associate (ESA) School Social Worker certificate, or the ability to obtain.
- Current Washington Department of Health Social Work license.
Qualifications
- Experience working with adolescents and their families.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and attachment theory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools.

Pay
*Salary range based on 191-day position. Salary range dependent upon experience and expertise.
