Social Worker
About the role
The Social Services Director will provide services to meet the emotional needs of residents and their families, assist with resident admissions and referrals, and contribute to building a positive facility culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Aid in the resident admissions and referral process
- Contribute to creating a supportive facility culture
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work
- Two years of experience working in geriatrics
- Valid Driver’s license
- Licensure required
- Previous experience with nursing homes preferred
