Social Worker

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field, Master's Degree preferred
• Licensed in the state as a RSW, GSW, MSW preferred
• Three to five years experience as a Social Worker or discharge planner in healthcare, LTACH preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
