Requirements

• Previous social work experience within long-term/skilled nursing environment
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Dependable, Committed & Ready to join a team environment
