Complete Care is seeking Social Workers with clinical experience and motivation to serve residents and staff, using their skills to provide excellent care and empower direct care staff. The position is intended for professionals holding CSW, LSW, or MSW credentials.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional people skills
• Competence in using PCC‑Point Click Care EHR software
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment
