Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Competence using PCC‑Point Click Care EHR software.
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation.
• Licensed to work within the state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment.
