Responsibilities
- Resident advocacy - act as a liaison between residents, staff, and families
- Emotional and psychological support - provide support to people dealing with challenges, anxiety, mental health etc.
- Discharge planning - assist residents/families with the transition of going home and having the correct support
- Work with staff to ensure correct care for patients
- All duties assigned by the director
Qualifications
