OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We have: - Initial Posting Date, Application Deadline, Agency, Department, Salary Range, Position Type, Position Title. These are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with posting date, deadline, agency, department, salary range, position type maybe. - The job description includes a lot of prose about opportunity, etc. That can be in

under maybe "About the role" or just general description. - Summary Of Duties: list of duties (bulleted). That's responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications (education, driver's license). That's qualifications. - Essential Attributes: list of attributes (experience building collaborative relationships, etc.) That could be Skills or Requirements? Probably "Requirements" or "Skills". We'll decide. - Working Conditions: includes schedule, travel, etc. That could be Schedule section (work schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PT, occasional overtime, on-call rotation, frequent travel). Also maybe Benefits section. - Benefits: list of benefits (ODHS Employee Resource Group communities, Cost of Living Adjustments, Annual salary increases, Amazing benefits package, Possible eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, Employment Preference Veterans’ Preference, etc.) Also note about PERS increase. - Pay: Salary Range $4,954 - $7,592 (monthly). Also note about PERS increase. So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: Already in Working Conditions: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PT; hours may fluctuate; occasional compensated overtime; on-call rotation; frequent travel. So we can include Schedule section. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Opportunity awaits!" etc? That's not boilerplate but it's promotional; we can keep as prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add

for position title. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not applicable. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Initial Posting Date: 09/21/2026 | Application Deadline: 09/29/2026 | Agency: Department of Human Services | Salary Range: $4,954 - $7,592 per month | Position Type: Employee

Then sections:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed the equal opportunity statement. Also removed "Opportunity awaits!" etc? We kept some prose about opportunity in About the role. That's fine. We need to ensure we didn't repeat the job title as heading. We didn't. We need to ensure we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Not present. We need to ensure we didn't include application instructions like "Please include detailed work and education history." That's part of application instructions; we should remove per instruction: remove application instructions. So we need to delete sentences like "Attention all candidates! Clearly describe how you meet the minimum qualifications and essential attributes in your application materials. Your application materials will determine if you are selected to move forward in the selection process. Please include detailed work and education history. Please make sure your application materials, resume and job history, are clearly outlined as this information will be used to determine your starting salary range. Note: Your resume and cover letter may be uploaded in the Resume/CV field on the online application. The State of Oregon does not request or require your age, date of birth, attendance or graduation dates from an educational institution during the application process. The use of outside resources such as Artificial Intelligence software during applicant skill assessments, examinations, and/or interviews is prohibited unless otherwise stated by the hiring agency. Unauthorized use of outside resources during the hiring process will result in disqualification". Also "Background Checks And Requirements" section includes background check info; that's not application instructions but maybe relevant? It's about requirements; we could keep as part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's about background checks, which is a condition of employment. Could be included under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we have no heading for that. Could fold into Qualifications or Requirements as a paragraph. However the instruction says remove application instructions, not necessarily remove background check info. But background check info is not application instructions; it's a condition of employment. Might be okay to keep. However we need to decide if we want a separate section for Requirements? We already have Qualifications and Skills. Could add a Requirements section for background checks etc. But we already have Qualifications (education, driver's license). Could add a Requirements section for background checks, etc. But we need to avoid creating thin sections. Perhaps we can incorporate background check info into Qualifications as an additional bullet. But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include background check info somewhere. Let's incorporate into Qualifications after education bullet list: add a paragraph: "Additionally, candidates must pass a criminal history and background check, including fingerprint‑based FBI CJIS clearance, and complete the I‑9 and E‑Verify processes within three days of hire." Now we need to remove the duplicated line about ORS 419B.021 that appears twice. We'll keep once. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. We removed that. Now we need to check for any other boilerplate like "Come for a job. | Stay for a career. | Make a difference... for a lifetime!" That's promotional but not boilerplate; we can keep as part of About the role maybe. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any "EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning". We removed. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any "Application Deadline" etc in a heading; we folded into metadata paragraph. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. We'll start with metadata paragraph:

Initial Posting Date: 09/21/2026 | Application Deadline: 09/29/2026 | Agency: Department of Human Services | Salary Range: $4,954 – $7,592 per month | Position Type: Employee

Then About the role: We need to capture the prose: "Opportunity awaits! Step into a transformative role where your passion for the well-being of children and your ability to connect with families come together to create lasting change. Become a catalyst for positive impact in the lives of Oregon’s children and their loved ones. Are you ready to unlock the potential within every family—and make a real difference? We are currently seeking two Social Service Specialist 1-Child Protective Services Workers (CPS) to join our team based at the Alberta office located in NE Portland." Also earlier: "The Oregon Department of Human Services is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." we removed that. Also "We are guided by our Equity North Star and our vision for a positive RiSE organizational culture that advances equity and diversity..." That's also EEO-ish but maybe not boilerplate; it's about equity and diversity. Might be considered part of About the role. It's not explicitly prohibited; it's not EEO statement but about culture. We can keep. Thus About the role paragraph could combine those. Let's craft:

The Oregon Department of Human Services is guided by its Equity North Star and vision for a positive RiSE organizational culture that advances equity and diversity. Opportunity awaits! Step into a transformative role where your passion for the well‑being of children and your ability to connect with families come together to create lasting change. Become a catalyst for positive impact in the lives of Oregon’s children and their loved ones. Are you ready to unlock the potential within every family—and make a real difference? We are
