Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to the Social Security Administration.
• Conduct thorough case analysis to determine the best course of action for each client.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for their rights in court.
• Stay updated on changes in Social Security Disability laws and regulations.
• Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients, helping them navigate through the complex Social Security Disability process.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, vocational experts, and other specialists to build strong cases for clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Security Disability Attorney.
• Proven track record of success in Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
• Extensive knowledge of Social Security Disability laws and regulations.
• Experience handling cases involving injuries and accidents.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a high caseload while providing exceptional client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate and committed to helping clients secure the benefits they are entitled to.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
