Responsibilities
- Deliver a Social Media Boot Camp and follow up sessions
- Teach core principles including personal branding, content strategy, messaging, scripting, and lead generation workflows
- Lead live demos and role plays on content creation, posting cadence, outreach, and follow-up across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Conduct structured audits of participant profiles, content, and execution; provide clear, actionable feedback
- Reinforce daily habits, routines, and measurement practices that drive consistency and production
- Partner with internal teams (Training, Brand, Marketing) to coordinate sessions and capture content
- Align with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in curriculum, messaging, and compliance standards
- Track participant progress and performance; deliver post-program insights and recommendations
- Support onboarding and preparation of participating Loan Officers to maximize engagement and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, coaching, or L&D, ideally in mortgage, financial services, or a high-performance sales environment
- Proven experience building or coaching social media-driven business across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of personal branding, content strategy, and organic lead generation
- Able to coach top performers with direct, constructive feedback that drives behavior change
- Congfident, high-energy facilitator comfortable leading in-person workshops
- Organizational skills with experience managing multi-session programs
- Familiarity with brand and compliance considerations (mortgage experience is a plus)
