Responsibilities

• Create and curate social media content, including videos, images, and live streams
• Manage and grow a passionate community around the brand
• Represent the brand in public-facing content, TikTok Lives, and other platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid media and marketing
• Manage user-generated content and influencer programs
• Leverage analytics to improve content performance
• Stay up-to-date with trends and storytelling techniques
• Occasionally travel for events, photoshoots, and brand activations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or similar roles (beauty industry experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience filming, editing, and starring in social content, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Strong alignment with a clean, minimal aesthetic
• Confident, camera-ready personality
• Experience managing user-generated content and influencer programs
• Adept at trendspotting, storytelling, and leveraging analytics for performance improvement
• Hightly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
