Social Media Specialist/Coach

Position Overview The Social Media Specialist & Coach manages content and organic strategy across client social platforms and coaches client teams on growing and sustaining their presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social content calendars and strategy aligned to each client's brand and audience. Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across relevant platforms. Track platform performance and translate results into clear recommendations for clients. Coach client teams on content strategy, platform best practices, and sustainable posting cadence during office hours. Keep current on platform algorithm changes and format trends relevant to the client base to better support clients. Required Qualifications 2+ years managing organic social strategy and content for a brand, agency, or client portfolio. Demonstrated ability to grow engagement or following with measurable results. Comfortable presenting strategy and results directly to clients. Strong writing and visual/content sensibility. Preferred Qualifications Experience across short-form video platforms specifically. Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express). Agency background serving multiple client brands concurrently.
