About The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, helping us manage and expand our presence on social media platforms. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling our social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, and plans to expand into TikTok, Twitter, and WeChat. You will manage content posting, scheduling, ideation, and communication with internal teams to ensure a steady stream of engaging content. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours, who is passionate about design and innovation, and wants to work with a creative, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily posting and scheduling on LinkedIn and Instagram with future expansion into other platforms (TikTok, Twitter, WeChat).
  • Generate creative ideas for social media content, in collaboration with the team, aligned with Spatial Forces' brand identity.
  • Cook with internal teams to request specific content, such as visuals, updates on projects, or thought leadership pieces.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, providing insights and suggestions for improving our social media strategy.
  • Ensure all content is posted in a timely, organized manner, leveraging tools for scheduling.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and suggest new channels for Spatial Forces to explore.

Requirements

  • Interest in design, architecture, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with TikTok, Twitter, or WeChat is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media strategy.
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to dedicate a minimal amount of time per week.
