About the Role
As a Social Media Marketing Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will manage and coordinate internal and external communications, focusing on digital channels to engage target audiences effectively. Your work will involve developing strategies to communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences effectively
- Managing and optimizing social media platforms to enhance brand presence and audience interaction
- Analyzing campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to align digital content strategies with organizational goals
- Conducting competitive analysis to inform digital marketing strategies and initiatives
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and growth
- Monitoring social media trends and audience feedback to adapt strategies and content
- Building relationships with stakeholders to support communication objectives and initiatives
- Leveraging data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and platforms
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
