About the role

We are hiring entry and intermediate-level social media marketing professionals to join our collaborative remote team. No experience is necessary—we value drive, ambition, and the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of digital marketing specialists focused on driving growth for Exults clients
• Create and publish content on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions
• Plan digital campaigns to build community online
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve client business objectives
• Design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns using a variety of channels
• Ensure internal processes for social media are best-in-class
• Stay current on the latest industry trends to implement best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, PR, Business Management, or a related field
• Ability to understand client business models and apply digital marketing strategies that drive growth
• Strong desire to learn and the ability to do so independently
• Exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think on your feet
