Photography & Video
Comfortable shooting high-quality content with an iPhone and/or Camera.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
Capture construction progress in a visually appealing way.
Analytics
Analyze monthly performance and provide recommendations.
Track engagement, reach, follower growth, website clicks, and lead generation.
A/B test different content styles and posting times.
Organization
Manage a monthly content calendar with minimal supervision.
Cookordination with manager to know what jobs are worth filming.
Keep content organized and backed up.
Personality
Self-starter who identifies content opportunities without being asked.
Comfortable talking with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
Positive, professional, and represents the company well on job sites.
Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Marketing Knowledge
Understand branding and customer psychology.
Experience running Meta ads.
Familiar with SEO basics and how social media supports Google rankings.
Create content that generates qualified leads, not just likes.
Expectations
Go to job sites to get content 2/3 a week.
Get in-office content every week.
Willingness to be in front of the camera at times.
Expectations: 2-3 story posts daily M-F
1 Photo Posts weekly
1 Jobs site update weekly
1 Rendering Video - weekly
1 Creative Reel you come up with (that fits within our guidelines)
You must like, share and comment on others posts DAILY
Demonstrate success growing business social media accounts through strategic content creation and analytics.
Highly self-motivated and able to independently identify content opportunities, plan shoots, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.
15-20 in office hours weekly.
