About The Job

FamFluence Talent Management is a leading creator/influencer management agency representing 100+ top-performing mom/family influencers in North America. They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern who will work 100% virtually in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position offers growth opportunities for post-graduation employment.

Job Tasks

• Aid in managing and posting on affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK, ShopMy) on behalf of talent.
• Edit and refine content.
• Track and analyze posting cadence to determine which drives the most clicks and conversions.
• Monitor and track content performance.
• Brainstorm and research content ideas, analyzing current social media trends.
• Brainstorm and develop strategies to increase creator monetization across platforms.
• Help influencers engage with their audiences through timely and authentic social posts.
• Research additional platforms and opportunities for creator monetization.

Requirements

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior with a 3.0 GPA or above.
• Commit to at least 15 hours a week.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Resourceful, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions.

Reimbursement

FamFluence Talent will reimburse you $250 per month for the use of your personal cell phone, computer, and home internet.
