Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content daily, including live performances, backstage moments, travel, rehearsals, studio sessions, and day-in-the-life content
  • Edit short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Organize and manage media assets for quick turnarounds and long-term content needs
  • Publish content in real time across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives fan engagement, community growth, and music discovery
  • Write captions that authentically reflect the artist's voice
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and identify opportunities to create culturally relevant content
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance

Creative Direction & Brand Development

  • Collaborate closely with the artist and management team to build a cohesive digital identity
  • Identify viral moments and creative opportunities while on tour and during releases
  • Help shape how fans experience the artist, their music, and their live show across digital platforms
  • Brainstorm and execute recurring social series and content formats

Tour Integration

  • Travel with the artist throughout tour dates and promotional appearances
  • Work closely with the tour manager and crew to ensure seamless content capture
  • Be comfortable working flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and travel days

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for musicians, creators, athletes, or entertainment brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first video content
  • Experience with live event or touring content is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing software
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends
  • Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for capturing authentic moments
  • Able to work independently, move quickly, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and media management practices
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule
