The Social Media/Digital Marketing Internship at The Borgen Project is a part-time 12-hours per week, 12-week, unpaid remote opportunity. The role focuses on heightening awareness of our work and includes:

• Creating a branding campaign.
• Conducting an informal focus group and gathering feedback for market research.
• Pitching story ideas to print, broadcast, and digital media.
• Creating and implementing a fundraising strategy.
• Planning, marketing, and presenting at an informational meeting.
• Utilizing social media and developing strategies for web-based messaging.
• Aiding in The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.

Experience

No prior experience is necessary. We're looking for individuals passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of their GPAs or backgrounds.

Details

This is an unpaid internship, although college credit is available. Programs begin every month, and you choose the month you wish to start.
