About the role

We’re seeking an exceptional talent to step into a pivotal role, making an immediate impact by shaping the visual identity of a beloved food brand across all social platforms. This is your chance to unleash your creativity, set trends, and directly influence how a major brand connects with its audience, ensuring every post, story, and reel captivates and converts. Responsibilities

  • Design and produce monthly organic social content, including feed posts, stories, reels assets, static graphics, and short-form video elements, all optimized for maximum engagement.
  • Define, update, and maintain the brand’s social-first visual identity by creating scalable design templates, comprehensive asset libraries, and clear visual guidelines.
  • Ensure all visual output seamlessly aligns with the brand’s overarching marketing strategy, target audience, and social voice design.
  • Collaborate closely with agency leads and brand stakeholders, actively refining and polishing creative ideas based on constructive feedback.
  • Help establish distinct visual cues for community responses and maintain the brand's consistent tone of voice across all social channels.

Requirements

  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Canva.
  • Trend Knowledge: Deep familiarity with current social media trends, platform-specific formats, and emerging visual styles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Comfortable taking constructive feedback, iterating quickly, and presenting creative ideas clearly and persuasively.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing tools.

Benefits

Eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match. We also offer free online training through Aquent Gymnasium.
