About the role
We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to grow and manage our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and X
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and product launches
- Maintain consistent posting schedules
- Monitor engagement, trends, and platform updates to optimize performance
- Track and analyze social metrics to evaluate content success and refine strategy
- Respond to comments and direct messages to build brand loyalty and foster community engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X
- Strong skills in short-form video and social content creation
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting
- Creative mindset with a sense of humor, trend awareness, and ability to maintain brand voice
- Experience in cannabis, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is a plus
