We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to help tell the story of our communities across multiple markets while strengthening the Ambo Properties brand. Position Summary The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that supports multiple apartment communities and the overall Ambo Properties brand. This role works closely with corporate leadership, regional managers, and onsite teams to showcase our communities, promote events and leasing initiatives, highlight resident experiences, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, comfortable traveling between properties to capture content, and passionate about creating authentic, engaging content that connects with audiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for multiple apartment communities. Visit properties to capture high-quality photos, videos, resident events, amenities, team culture, and community highlights. Produce short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, that reflects current trends while maintaining brand consistency. Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, property initiatives, and company goals. Collaborate with regional managers and onsite teams to gather content, promote community events, highlight leasing specials, and celebrate resident experiences. Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support online reputation management by encouraging positive engagement and assisting with review generation initiatives. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to recommend new content ideas and strategies. Track engagement, audience growth, and content performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communities. Assist with corporate marketing initiatives, special projects, recruitment campaigns, and company events as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts or creating digital marketing content. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Experience creating engaging short-form video content and editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for visual storytelling. Excellent written communication, copywriting, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, communities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regularly between company properties. Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or property management marketing is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
