About the role

LumiMeds is a fast-growing telehealth company in the compounded GLP-1 and metabolic health space. We're building a brand people actually trust — and we need a builder to scale it.

What You'll do

• Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals
• Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, managing all timelines, dependencies, and approvals
• Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to translate complex healthcare/wellness concepts into brand-aligned social content
• Own the daily operations of LumiMeds' social channels, including community engagement
• Cook up influencer outreach, manage deliverable timelines, and track ROI
• Report weekly on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing social media and content creation for a consumer brand
• Proven ability to manage high-volume content calendars and complex workflows
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and CapCut
• Exceptional written and verbal English — you can hold a professional, authoritative brand voice in a regulated industry
• Startup grit: highly organized, comfortable driving multiple workstreams fast

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare compliance or regulated product content
• Proven track record scaling a brand's social following from scratch
