About the role

We're seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team at KWSM. This role requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals
• Adhere to client style and brand identity guidelines
• Proactively solve problems and ensure high-quality content
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail

Requirements

• A marketing, graphic design, or journalism degree or equivalent experience
• A strong visual aesthetic and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting

Pay

This is a full-time, in-office position. The location can be any KWSM office in Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA.

Schedule

We operate on a 9/80 work schedule, providing every other Friday off and three-day weekends every other week.
