About the role

Her Campus Media is seeking a creative, organized, social media-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creation Intern for Fall 2026. This intern will specialize in creating static and video content for the social channels of Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University (with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest), as well as social media research and categorization/organization. Internships are available to current college students full-time (summer) or part-time during the academic year, offered for school credit with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create static and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Research the latest social media trends and brainstorm ways to adapt popular memes to fit the Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University audience
• Write catchy social media copy and schedule posts across platforms
• Engage with community members across social media platforms
• Perform social media research and categorization/organization
• Complete other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Current college undergraduate
• Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
• Working knowledge of all Google for Work tools
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic
• Passionate about the Her Campus Mission
• Strong video editing skills and comfort level with being on camera
• Love for social media and a pulse on the latest trends
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, both from a creator and user perspective
• Interest in creating pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle-related content
