Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation & Execution
- Concept, create, film, and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
- Stay ahead of social, beauty, and cultural trends to rapidly produce relevant and brand-aligned content
- Collaborate with Brand Experience, Product Development, and Marketing teams to execute content calendars and campaign priorities
- Support UGC, micro-influencer, and creator collaboration initiatives
Social Strategy & Performance
- Develop and manage weekly/monthly social media content calendars
- Maintain and monitor platform performance including engagement, reach, follower growth, and traffic metrics
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations based on analytics and trends
- Optimize content strategy based on audience behavior and platform shifts
Community Engagement & Brand Voice
- Manage social community interactions including comments, DMs, and community conversations in brand voice
- Strengthen audience relationships through proactive engagement and community-building initiatives
- Support ambassador / crew / advocacy programs to encourage UGC and loyalty
- Escalate critical customer issues appropriately while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Consumer Insight & Feedback Loop
- Capture recurring customer questions, concerns, and product feedback from social channels
- Translate social and customer insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and content improvements
- Collaborate with CRM and broader teams by sharing audience sentiment and behavioral insights
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, community management, or related digital marketing roles
- Proven hands-on experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of social platform trends, viral mechanics, and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance brand voice, creativity, and customer empathy
- Proficiency in mobile content creation, editing tools, and social analytics platforms
- Strong visual storytelling ability and passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social insights and convert them into strategic action
- Highly organized, agile, and capable of balancing creative execution with operational community support
