Responsibilities
- Manage paid social campaigns from planning through optimization, ensuring strong performance, accurate execution, and alignment with client objectives.
- Support strategic media initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver effective digital advertising solutions.
- Build, launch, and quality-check paid social campaigns following platform best practices.
- Manage social media investments across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X.
- Monitor campaign pacing, analyze performance metrics, and implement optimizations to improve results.
- Develop strategic campaign plans and recommendations for social media proposals and client requests.
- Translate performance data into insights, reports, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations, analytics, planners, and media buying teams to achieve campaign goals.
- Maintain knowledge of evolving paid social platforms, advertising products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot campaign-related issues involving creative assets, tracking pixels, URLs, ad settings, and platform configurations.
- Create client-facing perspectives and recommendations based on changes in the social media landscape.
- Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
- Document processes and contribute to improving paid social workflows and best practices.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, status updates, reviews, and strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing and executing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms, tools, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze campaign reports, interpret performance data, and identify actionable insights.
- Familiarity with first-party and third-party data, audience targeting, and tagging/pixel implementation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
