Social Media Associate

What You’ll Do

• Execute approved social media content plans and maintain structured content calendars across all brands.
• Cope with the internal creative team (design, video, content) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Write and adapt captions aligned with each brand’s voice.
• Publish and schedule content across all platforms.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging.
• Monitor comments and audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or coordination.
• Experience handling multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written communication and copywriting ability.
• A clear understanding of brand voice, tone, and positioning.
• The ability to follow structured processes, workflows, and approval systems.
• A detail-oriented approach with high standards for execution.
• An energetic and proactive attitude.
