  • Maintain a high-energy, proactive presence in classrooms, assemblies, field trips, and events.
  • Serve as the primary creator or visual coordinator for major campus milestones, managing solo shoots (e.g., First Day of School, Holiday Assembly) and multi-photographer logistics for community events (e.g., AIS/EA Day).
  • Support routine website updates on agnesirwin.org and the internal site (AIS-ON).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, film/photography, or a related field, with 2–4 years of professional content creation experience (experience in an educational or boutique brand setting preferred).
  • Proven proficiency with DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, alongside advanced editing experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop) and mobile apps (CapCut, Canva).
  • Applicants must provide a portfolio or link to past work demonstrating a mix of professional photography, short-form video production (Reels), examples of social media posts, and brand copywriting.
  • Must be available to work on campus daily during regular school hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with occasional evening or weekend events.

  • Responsive to the seasonal rushes of a school cadence and has the stamina and organizational skills to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Embraces the AIS mission to empower girls and commits to our DEIB Philosophy.
  • Comfortably navigates all three academic divisions and athletic departments, building trust with administrators, faculty, and students.
  • Demonstrates a dedication to continuous growth in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
